Boys Town Upcycled Coasters Card - video tutorial

Writer's picture: Vintage Hill StudioVintage Hill Studio

Hello and welcome! I'm so excited to share a garage sale find with you today! I found these fabulous paperboard coasters that were a promotional "Thank you" item for supporters of Boys Town. The coasters are printed on both sides and offer absolutely stunning images of birds. Since both sides of the coasters are equally beautiful, I created a "window" on the front of my card so that the coasters are visible from the outside and the inside of my card!

I am totally committed to any recycle, repurpose, reuse initiatives, so this project was the perfect opportunity to upcycle some unused, unwanted coasters and use them in cards to give them a second life! I hope you enjoy seeing the upcycling process and that you, too, may get inspired to look around and see what you can make out of old, discarded items! Let's get started...
