Busy Paper? Try the KISS design for your cards

Hmmm... busy paper presents a challenge for me, but I found a way to work around that by employing the "KISS" design methodology. Tune in to see what "KISS" can do for you if you, too, find working with busy papers to be a daunting task. All supplies and measurements used for today's card making video can be found below.

Supplies:

  • 5" x 6 1/2" card base

  • 4 3/4" x 6 1/4" black mat

  • 4 1/2" x 6" pumpkin mat

  • Sentiment mats:

    • 1 1/4" x 4 1/2" gray/green mat

    • 1" x 4 3/8" putty mat

  • "I am so Thankful" clear stamp (?)

  • Mini Misti stamping platform

  • Versafine Black Onyx ink

  • Leaf punch (Birabira)

  • Jute

  • Silicone microwave mat

  • Carbo Titanium non-stick scissors (Westcott)

  • Tape runner

  • Foam tape

  • Aleene's Tacky Glue
