Christmas Real Leaf Art - using a real leaf branch and watercolor

Hello, I have another real leaf art project using a cypress branch and watercolor to create the background for a handmade Christmas card. I hope you will find some inspiration through this project for making your own real leaf art.

Supplies & Dimensions: (see my YouTube video for how to put this card together)

  • Card base 5 " x 7"

  • Watercolor panel 5" x 7", cut down to 4 3/4" x 6 3/4"

  • "Pinecone" Bigz die (Tim Holtz for Sizzix - 664756)

  • "PEACE" from alphabet die set (Momenta)

  • White acrylic paint (for splatters)

  • Watercolor tubes (green, gold, brown)

  • "Walnut Stain" Distress Ink

  • Finger dauber

  • Small round brush

  • Flat brush

  • Bone folder

  • Mini Mister

  • T-ruler

  • Marker (with a fine nib) for faux stitching lines

  • Sizzix Big Shot die cutting machine

  • Aleene's tacky glue
