Writer's picture: Vintage Hill StudioVintage Hill Studio

Hello! I love to share my "how-to" instructions for lining envelopes without dies or any fancy calculations. If you are going to spend the time to create a handmade card, why not jump right in and add a coordinating, lined envelope? My method is quick and easy. Go on, give it a try! Click on the image below to see the step-by-step video tutorial.

Supplies:

  • 7 1/4" wide x 7 3/4" tall pre-made envelope (measured from bottom to top of open envelope)

  • Patterned paper for liner 7" wide x 7 1/4" tall; cut top to align with slant of envelope flap

  • Stamps to embellish envelope flap and front

I hope you will give this a try. I think you will be surprised how easy it is to line envelopes. If you enjoyed this tutorial, please "Subscribe" to my Blog to receive updates as they are posted.
