Hello everyone! Welcome to this week's video. Today's card making video features the #Sizzix Fold-A-Long Butterfly dies by Jen Long. The Butterfly Fold-A-Long dies make a lovely little card. However, to accentuate the beauty of the butterfly, I chose to attach the Fold-A-Long Butterfly card to the front of an A2 size card. Let's get started...

Supplies & Dimensions:
White A2 card 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
Papers for A2 card front
"Bright Splash" 12" x 12" sheet by Colorbok, cut at 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
White patterned paper mat by Recollections, cut at 3 3/4" x 5"
"Card, Butterfly Fold-A-Long" metal dies by Jen Long for Sizzix (665401)
Cut "Bright Splash" card stock 4" x 12" for Fold-A-Long card base
Score at 6" (see video for die placement regarding the fold line)
Run Fold-A-Long through die cutting machine to create the Fold-A-Long card base
Cut detailed wings and bodies/antennae out of black card stock, adhere to Fold-A-Long butterfly (as shown in video)
Cut out oval and emboss with Darice "Henna" embossing folder. Ink oval with Distress Inks.
Add Tim Holtz "Small Talk" stickers to oval
Adhere oval to inside of Fold-A-Long card base (see video)
Adhere Fold-A-Long Butterfly card to the front of the matted, A2 card
Embossing folder / embossed oval die cut
Darice "Henna" embossing folder
Tim Holtz "Small Talk" stickers
Versafine "Onyx black ink (used for inside, stamped sentiment)
Clear stamp (inside sentiment)
Martha Stewart Scoring Board
Waterbrush
Distress Inks: Wild Honey and Spiced Marmalade
Sizzix Big Shot die cutting machine
Sizzix Texture Boutique
Silicone mat (my "go to" is a round, microwave silicone mat)
Ad tech Crafter's Tape permanent tape runner
Aleene's Tacky Glue
Foam tape
