Hey there. Today I am sharing a fun tutorial featuring a card for new home owners. This card has been popular with realtors who wish to thank their customers and with neighbors or friends who want to send a little note to congratulate the new home owners.
This simple little card packs a nice "Wow" factor into it's 5"x5" frame. The card is cut at 5" from the Cricut Going Places images. Use a decorative paper to back the front panel. A strong, contrasting paper helps to define the house cutout.
The key and blackout shadow images are cut at 2.75", also from Cricut Going Places.
The "Congrats" sentiment is the perfect size die cut from Spellbinders Small Die of the Month December 2019 club kit, Our Favorite Font Sentiment Set (DOM-DEC19).
Align the die cut "Congrats" along the roofline. Add foam tape behind the key and adhere to card front. The sentiment "Enjoy Your New Home" is stamped along the bottom of the card and is from Wplus9 "Neighbors" clear stamp set.
