Quick & Simple Christmas Tree - embossing on ready-made cards

You can find packages of ready-made cards and envelopes, often at a discounted price, before and after the Christmas holidays. Don't be intimidated by the busy pattern; use a simple stamp and heat embossing to decorate those cards.

  • 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" card base (pre-packaged 24 piece Card & Envelope set - Recollections found at Michael's)

  • "Potted Tree" rubber stamp (Stampendous)

  • "Merry Christmas" die set (Ellentina)

  • Anti-static powder tool

  • VersaMark embossing ink

  • White embossing powder (Recollections)

  • Marvy Heat Tool

  • Coffee filter

  • White glitter paper (for the sentiment)

  • Cutterpillar Pro paper trimmer

  • Spellbinder's Tool 'n One

  • Sizzix Big Shot die cutting machine

  • Aleene's tacky glue
