Real Fall Leaves Thanksgiving Card - video tutorial

Hi there! Today is a repost from a video I did a couple of years ago. Anyone can create this card with some fresh leaves and a little ink. This would be a fun card to do with kids too! The options for design and colors are endless; let your imagination run free! You can see watch how I created this card by viewing below. This card requires minimal supplies. I used ink pads and leaves from my trees as well as stamps and a die set from Tuesday Morning and of course card stock and patterned papers. This is one that you should give a try. You will be pleased with what you can create using a little cue from Mother Nature.

Supplies:

  • Real leaves

  • Ink pads

  • 5" x 7" cream piece of cardstock

  • 5" x 7" cream card base

  • 4 7/8" x 6 7/8" green paper for mat

  • 5" x 7" brown cardstock for mat

  • Quick Kutz "Give Thanks" Die

  • Brown paper Raffia

  • Foam tape

  • Hampton Art "Handwritten Sentiments" clear stamps for inside card

  • Momenta clear stamps for envelope

  • Envelope and liner paper
