Split Panel Card - video tutorial

Writer's picture: Vintage Hill StudioVintage Hill Studio

Hello and welcome to my Blog! Today's video features a Split Panel Card design. This is an excellent way to use big and bold images from designer paper. This card does not require any special dies and can be made using a ruler and scissors. The supplies that I used are listed in the post below.

View the "how-to" video here or click on the image below.

Supplies:

  • 5" x 7" card base

  • 4" x 6" K&Company "Tim Coffey" designer paper panel

    • Cut 4 strips that are each 1 1/2" x 4"

    • Leave 1/16" gap between each strip

    • See my YouTube video link above for a demonstration on how to adhere the strips

  • 4" x 6" kraft panel template

  • Little Birdie clear stamp set

  • Spellbinders "Grommet Tags" (S4-322)

  • Fiskars Paper Trimmer or Scissors

  • Foam tape

  • Liquid adhesive
