Split Panel Wedding Card - Celebrating the Mr & Mrs

Today I will demonstrate how to make a simple split panel card using minimal supplies. The texture from an embossing folder and the Mr & Mrs sentiment are the focal points of this handmade wedding card. #dariceembossingfolder#papercraft

Supplies & Dimensions: (see my YouTube video for how to put this card together)

  • Card base 5" x 7"

  • Front panel 3 1/2" x 5" (cut front of card only starting from long/open side to fold line and from top edge down to cut edge. This will make a split panel card)

  • Blue mat for lower portion of card front - 3 1/2" x 5"

  • Patterned mat for lower portion of card front - 3 1/4" x 4 3/4"

  • "Floral Vines" embossing folder - Darice

  • "Mr & Mrs" rubber stamp - Studio G

  • Circle dies - 2 1/8", 2 1/2"

  • Scallop die - 3 1/4"

  • Fiskars paper trimmer

  • Sizzix Extended Multipurpose Platform

  • Sizzix Big Shot

  • Brayer

  • Aleene's Tacky Glue
