Remember those fun elementary school projects using tissue paper and the end of a pencil? Well, this little Valentine's Day card uses that same methodology to create a fun, dimensional and totally cool card. I used a heart die and a paper punch, but you could easily recreate this card using a heart cutout and hand-cut tissue paper pieces. I found a wonderful 6 x 6 paper pad "Vintage Valentine" from @hobbylobby . I hope you enjoy this video tutorial and that you will be inspired to create some of your own "throwback" tissue paper valentines.#hobbylobby#cardmaking#papercraft#handmadevalentinesdaycard
